I want to talk about the creative process a little and how unique it is to each one of us. I often share that the best gift you can give yourself is learning how you function best as a human being and especially as an artist. To be intimately aware of how we learn and grow gives us freedom and acceptance.
Understanding and honoring our creative process allows us to trust the process we need and use for our own success. For me, it has meant opening my heart more to my inner voice and trusting her when she whispers. It has meant following the breadcrumbs or picking up all the puzzle pieces until the story comes together or the illustration feels exactly right. It is knowing the feeling vibration that tells me when I am on the right path.
